1. Eligibility for Refunds

You may request a refund under the following conditions:

• The product is unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging.
• The request is made within 1-2 of receiving the item.
• The item received was defective, damaged, or not as described.
• Note : We will not refund shipping charges.
• Amount will be credited after checking a quality of product we received on our warehouse within 4-5 working days.

Products that have been customized or purchased on sale may not be eligible for refunds unless they arrive damaged or defective.

2. Non-Refundable Items

• Final sale items
• Shipping charges (except in cases of defective or incorrect items)

3. Refund Process

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide instructions on how to refund the item.

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, you will receive a confirmation email.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 1 day, and the amount will be credited to your original payment method.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after the stated timeframe:

7. Exchanges

If you received a damaged or defective product, we can offer a replacement instead of a refund within 5-7 days.. Please refer to our Refund Policy for details.
